Troon Village

Troon Village is comprised of a dozen high-end neighborhoods encircling Troon Mountain in much-desired North Scottsdale, Troon Village is a warm and welcoming master-planned community that offers an ample mix of dwellings from town-homes and condos to custom-built stunners, all nestled amongst the lush high desert flora and rocky outcroppings typical of the area.

The member-owned Troon Golf and Country Club is proud to be the first golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf — who snagged the 1973 Open Championship at Royal Troon, the development’s Scottish namesake and inspiration — and Jay Morrish. What’s more, the course is a certified Audubon Sanctuary, a designation given to sites recognized for outstanding environmental quality. Troon Village residents have the option to become members of the Club which also has tennis courts, a heated pool, a fitness center and several eateries.
