Also known as, PV, this is a laidback and relaxed town nestled in the heart of the Valley of the Sun’s urban mountains. Incidentally, that vibe attracts celebrities from all walks of life. In fact, one of the town’s most famous residents was also one of the nation’s best-known Arizonans and politicians, Senator Barry Goldwater. Residents of Paradise Valley love the breathtaking landscapes that being nestled in-between several different urban mountain ranges provides.

Although Paradise Valley is home to some of the most stunning scenic vistas in the country, the desert does take its toll in the summer when temperatures routinely reach above 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Luckily, Phoenicians have adapted to the extreme heat and most Paradise Valley homes enjoy beautiful swimming pools, often with resort-style amenities.

Although Paradise Valley is primarily a residential community, it is also one of Arizona’s busiest tourist destinations, with eight full-service resorts located within its relatively small boundaries.
